Maintenance:
To clean the olive wood cooking spoons extra well every now and then, you can bring water to the boil in a tall pan and briefly insert the spatula. You will see that the dirt will quickly come loose. The water may even discolour. Then rinse the spatula under the cold tap. Let the spatula dry well and the wooden spatula will be spotlessly clean again!
